3. Maintenance

We check our properties weekly to detect potential problems early, thus saving money. Recently we traced a damp patch to a blocked gutter early on, replacing the gutter and solving the problem, rather than waiting till the damp spread and became hideously expensive to tackle. We also believe that preventative annual maintenance is the most sure way to keep your property in excellent condition so we arrange annual carpet and window cleaners, gas safety checks, kitchen deep clean and paint touch-ups.

4. Property Management

We are your tenant which means that on your behalf we solve all the problems that are likely to arise during a tenancy such as fixing washing machines or arranging for a leak to be fixed. This means no out of hours phone calls or emergencies from upset tenants, our experience means we will solve the problem and work with you to help prevent it in future. In order to do this, we supply and manage the best local tradespeople at a competitive price to fix anything broken.

5. Insurance

Instead of giving you a deposit, we use a professional insurance bond in your name that covers you from a range of eventualities including rental loss, damage and legal fees up to £50,000. This is by far the safest way of knowing your property will always be protected from all circumstances.
