Room Services

All bills inclusive. Wi-fi, weekly cleaner, iron, ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass and homewares). Access to Capital Living partnerships, over ten social events a year and our member of the month prize scheme. Monthly supply delivery of all cleaning products, including loo roll and dishwasher tablets - we ensure more than enough is delivered for the month. If it runs out it is the responsibility of the housemates to cover the rest of the month.

Large TV with Sky+ variety bundle. Three bathrooms, downstairs WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double locks for security and garden furniture.

Housemates

Our members are a mix of male and female young professionals, the average stay is 18 months. Joining Capital Living allows you to expand your network through meeting everyone in the other houses as well as your own. Please note a joining fee of £199 is payable on all new memberships. This will be explained in the interview process.
